Detailed commercial and legal guidelines for our wholesale partners and digital platform users.
1. Commercial Agreement
By engaging with the Sugandha Spices Wholesale platform, you acknowledge that agricultural commodities are subject to market fluctuations. Quotations provided through our portal are indicative of current market value and are subject to final confirmation at the time of order placement.
2. Quality Assurance
We stand by the purity of our spices. Any claims regarding quality deviations must be filed within 48 hours of shipment receipt, accompanied by batch numbers and digital evidence for our quality control team to review.
3. Portal Governance
The manufacturing suite (Spice Ledger) is a proprietary business tool. Unauthorized access or attempts to reverse-engineer our ledger logic or inventory algorithms will result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges and potential legal action.
4. Payment & Logistics
Standard credit terms apply only to pre-verified distributors. For all new retail partners, orders are processed upon realization of advance payment or as per the specific contractual terms agreed upon in the master wholesale agreement.
